Refund policy

Refunds or Returns are only in the case of receiving damaged products upon arrival.

you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return only for the case of damaged items. 

To start a return, you can contact us at intelligentmanufacturing001@gmail.com. You do not need to return the item but make sure to provide the following in the email:

• If the Item is damaged :
  • Attach Pictures of the item with original packaging
  • In the case of not receiving the item, no pictures need to be attached.
• State if you want a replacement or Refund

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at intelligentmanufacturing001@gmail.com.
